What this policy covers

This policy covers www.greenwoodwp.com — the Greenwood Wholesalers and Pharmacies group website. Our online store at shop.greenwoodwp.com is a separate service with its own terms and privacy notice.

Information you give us

The only information this website collects from you is what you type into one of our two enquiry forms:

• Wholesale enquiry form — your name, business or organisation, email address, phone number, the branch and enquiry type you select, and your message.
• Pharmacy support form — your name, email address, phone number, the topic and branch you select, and your message.

We ask you not to send prescriptions, medical records or other health information through these forms. If you need to discuss your medication, please speak to a pharmacist at your branch.

What we do with it

Enquiries are emailed to the Greenwood team responsible for answering them — a wholesale enquiry goes to the branch you selected, and a pharmacy enquiry goes to customer service. We use your details to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell them, and we do not add you to marketing lists on the strength of an enquiry.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the pages — for example, which branches people look for most. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and collects information such as the pages you view, your approximate location and the type of device you are using. You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings without losing access to any part of the site.

Some pages load a Google Maps view when you choose to open it. Google may set its own cookies at that point.

Links to other sites

Where we link to our online store, social media pages or a Google Maps location, those services handle your information under their own policies.
